Ballots went out to 137 members in the PG Branch jurisdiction on the draft bylaws for the branch. The voter list was provided by the PG Branch leadership committee. Ballots were sent on Oct 5th and voting remained open until Oct 20th. 27 ballots were cast in total. With 26 voting in favor, and 1 against, the draft bylaws passed .
